Is there a guide to installing nuts & saddles?

We ship to every country in the world. The only difference is the cost of shipping.

* As we aware today we face limited carrier services shipping to Russia, some cities in China.
If you are having problems placing the order online on our website, please contact your local distributor or send us an email at support@graphtech.com. We will do our best to help you process an order manually!

Do you ship Internationally?

Shipping time will depend on when you placed your order, where you live and what method of shipping you choose. We have provided a chart for you to reference. In most cases these are just guideline and other factors out of our control may affect these delivery times.

We are located in Vancouver, Canada, and we ship out all our USPS packages on Tuesdays and Fridays to a shipping service in the USA that clears customs etc so you don't have to,  so this will affect delivery times. FedEx, DHL is shipped directly from our factory in Vancouver, and ships within 48 hours or sooner.

United States Deliveries: 
USPS First Class - $3.00 (4-10 days)
USPS Priority Post - $10.00 (3-4 days)
DHL Priority - $22.95 (2 days)

International Deliveries: 
 DHL International Shipping - $41.95 (approximately 8 days)

Canadian Deliveries: 
Canada Post Air Mail - $8.00 (5-7 days)
 Loomis Express Post -  $29.95 (2 days)

How long does it take an order to be delivered?

When you buy directly from the Graph Tech website (graphtech.com), all of our products, even the picks, come with our 45-day "Love it or Return it" Guarantee. The 45-day period starts at the time the product is delivered to you (based on the tracking number status) or two weeks from the order shipment from our warehouse.  

If, for any reason you are not satisfied, we will refund your purchase price, less any applicable shipping charges.


Step-by-Step Refund Process

1. Contact our team at support@graphtech.com. Please describe the problem and write the order number, name, and item code/description. At this step, we together figure out the reason for the return and issue the return shipping label for a free return in case of the Graph Tech’s fault in the shipment.


2. We made up an RMA (return merchandise authorization) for you, which number we ask you to write on the outside of the package (e.g., RMA# XXXX). In some cases, we send you the return shipping label to print and place on the box – in this case, the carrier is chosen by our side.

 3. Ship the merchandise back through the carrier. The return address is below. Please use the original packaging if possible. We recommend getting a tracking number for your return.

4. Once we receive the package with the merchandise, we will process your refund. Your refund will be sent to your original payment method. Please allow 2 - 3 weeks to process your refund by mail.

Disclaimer: Clothing and swag can only be returned for a refund if there is a defect in the product, such as uneven or smeared printing or an error in manufacturing.
