TUSQ is a great way to balance those strings for maximum output and string-to-string balance. We also carry microbalance saddles to improve an under-saddle pickup imbalance. The bottom of the saddle is divided into separate feet of different sizes string-to-string, one for each string. The six individual feet increase the pressure of each string on the pickup and also reduce the long parallel-to-parallel surface contact between the saddle and the pickup. This combination of higher pressure and less parallel-to-parallel contact makes each string's pressure much more consistent and results in a very even string balance.
