If you need to return a product, please follow these steps:

1. Request an RMA: Contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You can find more details here.

2. Prepare Your Package: Write the provided RMA number on the outside of the package. If applicable, note on the shipping document that these are 'Canadian Goods Returning.'

3. Ship the Product: Send the merchandise back to our return address, preferably in the original packaging. We recommend obtaining a tracking number from your carrier.

4. Processing: Once we receive your return, we will process your refund promptly.
